Intellectual Property & Copyright

All original artwork, prints, images, designs, and creative content featured on this website remain the intellectual property of EA Art Studio, unless otherwise stated.

The purchase of an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.

Purchasing an artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, create prints, produce merchandise, or create NFTs or other digital reproductions of the artwork without prior written authorization.

Collectors are welcome to photograph and share their purchased artwork on personal social media accounts, provided the artwork is not used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Original Artwork & Product Information

Each original painting is a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art, created by hand.

Every effort is made to accurately represent the artwork through photographs, descriptions, and measurements.

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and device calibration.

Natural variations in texture, brushstrokes, and surface details are part of the artwork’s individual character and are not considered defects.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the artwork’s dimensions, materials, and product description before purchasing.

 

Artwork Care & Liability

Each artwork and fine art prints are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

Once an artwork has been delivered, customers are responsible for its proper handling, display, and care.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, accidental impact, exposure to excessive moisture, direct sunlight, or other unsuitable environmental conditions after delivery.

Damage caused by customer mishandling or improper care is not eligible for a refund or replacement, except where required by law.

This policy does not exclude responsibility for artwork that arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise fails to conform to the order.
